Kevin is an investigator. He has spent his life in the pursuit of Truth. He is a bloodhound when it comes to attacking the root cause of problems and finding their solutions. He is a former Big Four consultant and certified coach.
He has studied personally with some of the world's foremost masters in their respective disciplines, including 1:1 sessions with NLP co-creator John Grinder, and training with the Iceman Wim Hof at his frosty Poland home in winter. If it involves personal or spiritual development and exploration of consciousness, you name it and Kevin has probably done it.
On the business side, Kevin forms the bridge between clients and the technical team. He loves technology, stats and figuring out the nuts-and-bolts of operations. He is very detail-oriented and his super power is forming a mental model of your entire process and figuring out ways to improve it.
He has lived and worked in 9 countries and speaks 7 languages, including Mandarin and Japanese. His love for language has continued to serve as a bridge in connection to increasing inner and outer growth and business development around the globe.

Season finds passion and purpose through her service to others. She has over 15 years experience in communications, business development, coaching, public speaking, fundraising, mentorship, and leadership development. Her diverse background is centered on her ability to connect quickly and easily with others, and spot crucial details in business operations and public presentation that most people tend to overlook.
In addition to managing multi-million dollar accounts as a business development director for a variety of financial and medical service firms in the United States, her altruistic heart has led her to a life dedicated to humanitarian service. She was blessed to be part of a surgical team, working with Smile Train and Surgical Volunteers International, that traveled to impoverished third world counties performing free cleft lip and palate and burn reconstruction surgeries on children around the world. As an international spokesperson and ambassador of the ALS Association's Greater Chicago Chapter, Season has traveled the world raising awareness and funds for ALS research to continue the fight to find a cure. As the host of Season's Sunflower Hour, a live streaming Internet show, she continues her dedication to raising funds and ALS awareness, while telling the untold stories of the ALS community.
Season credits her unique experience competing in pageants with the development of her tireless work ethic, public presentation skills, and her keen eye for the perfect image. These qualities have blessed her with the honor of holding numerous titles & awards within the Miss International, Miss America, and Miss USA systems. She has also enjoyed judging, hosting, choreographing, and coaching for a variety of local, state, and national pageants. She derives immense pleasure from continuing to help mold girls into confident, polished competitors. “Pageantry has truly changed my life and opened the doors to experiences and opportunities that I could have never imagined. There are truly no limits to what you can accomplish when you set your mind to it.”
In addition to coaching young women into top performers, Season is passionate about coaching executives and business on their goals and presentation skills.
